I would try something different- like Zumba or turbo Jam that doesn't feel like exercise. I've also been doing the 30 day shred, and it's 25 minutes long broken up into small intervals. I'm taking rest days because I'm doing some intensive cardio with it. I am doing three or four days on, rest day. I know some others do it 30 days straight. My body can't handle it with the other stuff I'm doing; at least not YET!

I'm ready foot level 2 as well. My knees are starting to bother me from L1, I have three more days so should finish Thursday (tomorrow will be a rest day). Im using 5 pound weights, too. The part that kills me are the jacks then jump rope then lunges.... After that set, I'm golden!

Anyone else think the first circuit is the worst of the three? It kills but i know after that, im smooth sailing! Is it that way in cycle 2 and 3 too?

How about some great salads with chicken? I marinade mine in a light honey mustard and toss with spinach, cranberries, hard boiled egg whites, sunflower seeds or chopped almonds. Delish! You can make fajitas, too- with lots of veggies! Don't use the store seasoning packets- they are loaded with sodium!

Me too! The last challenge I did was a 90 day one, but I had to drop out because of a stress fracture in my shin. I stuck with the group, though and I'm up and going again!
