Oct 1: 152 lbs Oct 6: 151 lbs Oct 14: 150 lbs (total of 2 lbs lost for the October Challenge) hopefully I can hit 5lbs by the end of this month but it seems like my weightloss is getting slower. See y'all on next weeks weigh in!

I work shift's too 9pm to 9am for 2 days,rest day then switch to 9am to 9pm for another 2 days. I added a slot for my Night shift food intake on my diary. Don't give up just yet. Ignore the scale just continue eating healthy and exercising. Remember this is not a race I personally work my *kitten* off for every lb lost and there are days that the scale will tell me I gained it all back. If you want to rant and whine about it fine get it all out but never give up on yourself…

I take green tea regularly no sweeteners no milk just water and tea but I don't count it as water intake. I still drink atleast 2liters of water a day besides my tea.

How's everyone holding up? I haven't exercised in the past 4 days I have bruises in my knees and ankles from my last round of exercise and the painkillers didnt work that well. I tried but it hurts too much so I listened to my body. I'm trying again tomorrow hopefully I can do it. H20 has not been a problem this week all…

totally out of topic but your "go froggy go" ticker is darn cute! Plateaus are not for everyone, but if you do hit one don't give up rotate your exercises confuse your muscles and zigzag your cals. Goodluck :-)

Yup, that's it. Dark choco is full of anti-oxidants so its good for you. I eat 3 squares of it when Im craving and it's just somewhere around 100 cals.

My baby is 9 months old. I gained 35 lbs from the preganancy. I haven't been dieting since I gave birth cause I thought and so many people have said to not worry as the baby weight is gonna come off by itself well that's bull lol. I'm using the 1.5 kg weights (3.3lbs) it's a killer though I don't think I'll be upgrading during my 30DS duration.:laugh:

Jen my SW is 152lbs for this challenge as of my weigh in yesterday. I already have the water bottle mine is 1.2 liters and I can drink up to 3 bottles a day. I'll try my best to lower my carbs as much as possible for week 1 as carbs is my weakness. I'm doing the 30 day shred so it counts as strength and cardio right? Great…

I only skip bfast when I wake up past noon then I still log what I ate as bfast cause that's breaking my fast from not eating the night before! Otherwise bfast is my most favorite meal of the day so no can't agree with this thread.:tongue:
