weighing in at 138.2..... I dont know what to do. I am under a lot of pressure and stress and all the week I ate comfort food... I hate the scale... I guess I'll be quitting cause this makes me more depressed. I need a psychologist but I cant tell my family so I have to handle it myself...I hope i'll survive this one...…

Anything fatty or greasy makes me have stomachache for hours... I have stopped eating any fatty food but still I like some. I think i have problem digesting fat!
