Finally!! A decent loss!
I quit my job last week, and my stress levels are WAY down. Maybe that has something to do with it?

Sorry to be a failure but I am dropping out ,I have gained weight this week and am fed up
C'mon. Dig deep and find the motivation that is down there somewhere! Just because you've gained weight this week does NOT make you a failure! Look through the posts and you will see quite a few that have gained weight they're not quitting and nor should you!! Check your diary log and see if you can work out what went wrong, then try again this week. :flowerforyou:0 -

I think I have found the motivation.
My O.H. and I have been to the hospital this morning ,he has I.P.F. ,pulmonary fibrosis, and in the same department there was several clinics going on. one of which was for the dietician,
I was appalled at the size of some of these ,morbidly obese persons, I know ,and believe me I do, it is very very easy to gain weight, and so difficult to shed even a couple of pounds.
I can remember going over the 15st mark and thinking "Oh I must do something about this " and I was well on the way to 17st before I realised.
I also last week had "Ovaltine" made with skimmed milk 3 nights and feel that didn`t help so I will not post my weight on this thread but will continue on the main page0 -
Aaargh 3lb up i can't seem to find the motivation to eat properly!!! 2 weeks before holiday should b enough but am really struggling ATM! If I put much more back on I'll b back to where I started0

Im still not where I was when I started this challenge so even though I dont like that I would much rather to know I only lost 1lb or none at all but I didnt gain any by the time this challenge ends. Loss of 1.25lbs :happy: - I am so chuffed with this as I am really struggling at the moment. Still 1 lb to go just to get back to my SW but to be honest given the circumstances I would be happy to have a net loss/gain of 0 for the month!
Going to do my best to stay on track but will have to take it easy on the exercise as slipped down a couple of stairs last night and although I don't think I have done any serious damage I think I will avoid anything high impact for the next day or two.0 -
