    :smile: Whoo Hoo!! I kept to my eating plan (first time in forever) and started walking every evening on Sunday around sunset. I think that's the most beautiful time of day, the air is still and the light is beautiful. I actually look forward to walking now. Next week, I add strengthening.

    Can't believe I gained AGAIN. For last week I only ate bad 1 day and I started weight training. I sure know my body is tired. I'll keep at it for a turnaround next week.
