Not good at all. Had a busy couple of days and not been watching what I eat so my cravings had complete control of my eating and the net result is a 2.25lb gain. Arghh!!! So frustrating. Only 11 more days on the medication so in 2 weeks hopefully the cravings will go but until then I am going to have to be extra vigilant about what I eat. Will report in tomorrow if there is any change.
October Challenge? I'm there. Been with this challenge since June and have consistently gained a little each month :sad: (dmn stupid meds) so I am hoping that Oct, or at least the end of Oct, I can get back to losing weight. I now have 26.5lbs to lose to get to my GW.0
