    I'm sorry everyone - I need to drop out of this challenge this month. I have been doing this challenge for the past 4 months and I am truly going to miss it. I have extreme extenuating circumstances in my personal life that are inhibiting me from doing anything "extra" at the moment. I will continue to log on to MFP each day and go to the gym/meet with my personal trainer... but that's all I can give right now.

    I'm not getting on the net much lately and it sucks need to make time for this or that number is going to carry on stayying at 173.

    Only 32 hours to go til I weigh in and I am not optimistic. Going to have to do a real 'last chance workout' Jillian style to make any kind of progress tomorrow.

    Lets try 30DS, full Legs etc, Upper Body & Abs with Davina and try a little Turbo Fire to finish me off. If I don't kill myself with exercise I'll see you all in 32 hours!!

    This challenge is really helping, another pound gone this week despite attending a birthday tea and birthday party! My daughters birthday tonight so making her a nice meal and cake but at least I'll have a whole week to burn it off!!!

    Put on 0.4!!! What the hell!! I was struggling to lose weight, so I listened to those on a forum stating that I should be eating my exercise calories back, so decided to try this out, obviously hasn't worked for me. So what next???!! Maybe I'll try zig zaging my calories or eat half my exercise calories back, oh well lets see what next week brings, watch this space!

    I am so pleased with myself, I haven't been exercising but I have been keeping to my calories and have lost this week! I may not get to a loss of 10 lbs but I'm glad I'm losing something! :)

    Couple of really bad days this week could not be cancelled out even by all the exercise I did yesterday... :sad:

    Must keep remembering I am in this for the long haul and not let a couple of days discourage me. Lets hope for better next week...
