The 4 min workout is 20 secs intervals of high intense cardio with a 10 sec break in between. You do 4 sets of 4 different exersice 2 times. Look it up on youtube

Hi everyone I'm Becky I'm 29 and going to reach my goal weight for my 30th bday. I have 7been lbs to go and totally excited. I started at 167lbs. Last Friday I lost 2 lbs so I was at 165lbs. My next weigh in is Friday so I hoping for a good number.
