So do you or do you not eat exercise points? What is better for weight loss?

Best is not to mix up MFP and WW....
Calories burned, not points, and yes, you need to eat it - it's the way MFP is set up. With WW its optional.....
Just make sure you know its accurate (HRM) otherwise eat half to 3/4 of it to be safe0 -

I do EAT THEM and you should as well.
Huge deficit = ...
1. muscle loss = lower metabolic rate
2. rebound binging/overeating
3. low adherence to the diet
4. diminished energy levels
5. poor mood0 -
I don't eat them. I may at some point in the future but thats along way off.0
