I've done this workout a couple of times in the past month,but not consecutively. Still trying to get my newborn on a schedule that will allow me to make time for it everyday. But I'd love some motivation to keep with this, so feel free to add me!

This is so inspiring to me. I'm about 5ft tall and a size 8 and while others may think that's small, it's really big for someone so short! You really boosted my confidence today- knowing that I can get back down to a 5 again. Thanks!!!!

Being able to find a pair of jeans that actually fit. Being able to wear tights that don't roll down all the time. I want them to just sit on my body like they're supposed to. Not having muffin top. Being able to walk without my thighs rubbing together.

Lean Cuisine meals are the best- they use more herbs and generally taste better in my opinion.

Salad. I hate the texture and taste of lettuce leaves with dressing on them...barf. I can eat lettuce if it's on a sandwich but not by itself.

I'm barely 5ft tall and my goal for now is 110lbs. I weigh 120 now which is almost overweight for my height. People always laugh when I say that, but being short....every pound shows!

Mine is at 1200 a day. I'm only 5' tall and I'm finding that this is the perfect amount of food for me.

I got the dvd 2 months ago and can only manage to do it about 3x a week. I have a newborn at home so it's difficult to find the time. I'm going to attempt to start over today though! Good luck, we can do it!
