This is weird, but I agree. If I get off track for a weekend or something that next week I lose faster. It's just like a jumpstart.

After surgery, I hobbled into my car on crutches, made my way to the store, bought nutella and ritz crackers. Ate the whole thing. Started eating well a few months later. a year later and I'm still working it off I'm sure. But boy was it gooooooooooooooooood.

I can never go by distance on any machine because I'm jus ta slow person! But I can still get a great workout if I just focus on myself individually and try to ignore the distance
