Have my eating habbits even changed?
Granted, I haven't weighed in yet to check how I'm doing, but I log every single thing I eat, and do it everyday. But I really don't feel like my eating has changed even though I'm always below my calorie goal. I don't know how to feel about it?

After a surgery last summer, I vowed to be healthy after gaining a lot of weight. I'm very tall so I am heavier than most girls, but at 246, i decided it was out of control. So, I've lost about 42 lbs since October and I really needed a kick for the last 10-15. Let's hope this works!
