I enjoy borrowing workout DVDs from my local library. I know not all libraries have them, but it's worth checking out. You can try some out before you buy or use them to bring variety to your workout routine.

I too have a treadmill that does not allow to put your weight and other stats in it, but does give a calories burned reading. My owner's manual states that the calories read out is based on a 150lb person. It's my thinking that the more you weigh, the more calories you are burning. That is why the MFP calories burned…
