I'm just counting calories, trying to change eating habits bit by bit as well. Of course I am upping my exercise, starting with C25K, on week two now, due to go out but it's raining. I better get used to that, being from Scotland and all!

Well I suffer from bad headaches, and sometime migraines and I actually find that caffeine helps my headaches. I asked a doctor and they said that it was quite possible as the way the caffeine affects your blood vessels. So it isn't always a bad thing!

Sorry, have to disagree here, you shouldn't stretch before a good warm-up! If you stretch a cold muscle you are more than likely going to injure yourself.

I just started C25K on Wednesday, due to go out again today. I've never been the best runner, although I can't say I've had pain from walking, other than from rugby injuries.
