  • Thanks! I was thinking to myself last night though (after my second helping of Banana Pudding Pie), there is ALWAYS going to be something that will deter me from eating well. There is at least one holiday or birthday party or date night with my husband per month, and lets not forget my neighbor at work who brings in donuts…
  • Way to go! Its amazing when you look back at what you have accomplished! Its an inspiration to those that are looking forward at all the work they have ahead!
  • I say do both! I am a half marathon runner, so obviously I am a cardio lover. But I do strength training often because 1) it helps with my running/protects my body from injury. 2) I like to mix it up. Diet and exercise (no matter what kind) is good for you.
