idk about the OP, but i think it's interesting to see other people's diet plans- not to compare, or even for inspiration, but just to see what works for other people :)

mostly! if i eat like, 1 almond then i'm not gonna go to the trouble of figuring out the percentage of a serving size for like 5 calories. but if i eat a piece of gum or anything else small with with carbs, i log it. i even started logging my pills, but mostly to just remind me to take them :)

i fluctuate up to 5 pounds throughout the day- it can be REALLY frustrating. i agree with jmdortega, try to weigh yourself at the same time everyday so you'll have a more accurate number for tracking loss :)

oh yay, i'm not the only under-1200 here :D i am trying to eat more tho, especially since i don't log my exercise D: i do a bunch of pool exercises daily, as well as some really light weight lifting :)

goal number one is 250 by christmas '12- then i'm gonna do slower, moderation-based weight loss plan to hopefully get down to 125, but if i don't make it i'm fine with that :D

i avoid late night eating by trying to stay upstairs in my room after a certain time, so i'm not around food and don't think about it. if it's possible, maybe you could stay in an area of the house where your sister isn't when she comes home? not the best advice, sorry, but i'm stumped-if i had a sister who brought home…

i'm not eating sugar, so for snacks i eat almonds (the cocoa roast ones are amazing, and just slightly sweet), hardboiled eggs, string cheese, or celery (possibly with cream cheese). as far as the eating higher calorie foods as the day goes on- maybe you could try planning your days' meals ahead of time? i haven't had luck…
