I currently weigh 130 but would love to get down to 120 by Halloween. I currently go to the gym 4-5 times a week. My workout is 30 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the stairmaster which burns a total of about 450 calories.

Right now my routine is mostly cardio including the elliptical, treadmill, and stepmill. I know I should incorporate strength training into it but don't really know what exercises to add. I also did bikram yoga for a month and man that makes you sweat like crazy.
