  • thank you I will I am willing to try anything, It's not a matter of i'm eating all the wrong things, I just can't find that right combination without being hungry, I eat a ton of veggies all day and just seems not full even after dinner with a protein.
  • I used to drink a ton of water, it seemed the more I drank the hungrier I was.... I have switched to green tea, and it helps a little, but I guess maybe if i do a combination.

  • ok question how close do you have to be for your recommended calories, as i thought the less calories you have the more you lose, but its tellimg me i'm to much under? a little more than half the calories acceptable?
