Welcome to MFP... I've been on MFP for 311 days now... not once have I missed a day and I've shed a bunch of pounds. Getting started can be hard but once you get into it it is a very fun habit. :smile:

Remember you reap what you sow... If you sow the seed of being the "other woman" then you will reap that later in a relationship with someone you care about. i.e.. he will cheat on you. If you know that he is in a relationship you shouldn't even entertain the idea of going out with him. Its wrong.. period.

I feel better after I workout... overtime the symptoms will subside; working out will help out eventually. Take some Midol and tell yourself No Excuses.

When you need a hug they have no problem holding you. They know how to make you laugh. They know how to give you that look that just make you feel sooooo good inside. Boy I'm blessed to have one to fit all this and sooooo much more.

I bought the Jimmy Dean Delights... Turkey, Egg White and Cheese on a muffin they are only 260 calories. I try to stay under 300 calories for breakfast.

It's truly up to you... I myself workout 4-4:30 am on M & W then in the evening on T & T; on F & Sat I workout mid morning... the point is to get it in and go with what works for you.
