I plan on reaching my goal weight then toning and having my best body ever by September 1st as then I travel to Europe for 3 months and want to be able to enjoy it completely.

I was looking forward to visiting the Cheesecake factory when I was holidaying in Hawaii.....worst cheesecake ever! I have never seen such ridiculously over the top portion sizes as well!

Serious sugar cravings usually trigger a ridiculous chocolate binge but also sometimes I just crave the feeling of being really full..

Every night before I go to bed I read and add to my "reasons to reach my goal weight" list, always puts me in the right frame of mind and reminds me what I am fighting for.

Also depends on your level of fitness.. My sister and I do the exact sam exercise class and as and being slightly fitter then her I burn way less calories.

Oh dear god. This has to be the most disgusting thing I have ever heard. I must thank you though you have turned me off eating for at least 2 days.

Trust your HRM, I have always found (personally) that every MFP exercise over-estimates every cardio workout I do. I stick by my HRM and although it may be a little depressing to see lower calories burnt it is better to use it as a true indication. As you use more see it as a motivator to burn more calories burnt the next…

I have a totally different suggestion and its the only way I eat my tuna... lemon zest and juice, chilli flakes, parsley and crumble in low fat feta cheese... so good!

Natural yoghurt, frozen berries, 30 grams chopped prunes and I also tear up a muesli bar and throw that in too.

Found my body pump class much easier then normal... time to increase my weights :)
