Oats, protein pancakes with pictures. YUM!
Not for the faint hearted. Incredibly filling! I can't believe that weren't normal pancakes and tasted so much better than I thought they would without the flour bloating I usually get afterwards these days.
I made one whopping pancake with topping but you could easily turn that into 2 medium panacakes with 1 being filling enough (unless you're a guy who always tend to love their multiple pancakes!). I'll be doing that next time.

Pancake Recipe
1/2 cup of oats
1 egg
tsp cinnamon
Scoop of Protein Powder (I used vanilla pea protein)
Full cream organic milk (didn't measure, just kept adding until consistency was similar to normal pancake mix about 200mls)
Topping
1/2 banana
Jalna fat free natural yoghurt
tsp honey
TOTAL CALS: 649
You could lower the cals with skim milk and swapping the banana for strawberries.
