Yeah, peanut butter is an awesome choice.... 2 tbs of peanut butter in a good clean shake like syntrax, with almond milk and a banana thrown in is around 400 calories with nothing bad added.

I like to scan items as much as possible, so when my wife or I am cooking I will scan the ingredients and build recipes that will be eaten later. Any logging is goog logging.

If you eat less then you burn for calories, I do not really think that anything remotely resembling a balanced diet will be bad for you... if you prefer meats over veggies, but burn more calories than you eat than I am guessing you are…

Country Kitchen light italian... 40cal per slice! If you know anyone on Weight Watchers they make a zero opint (20 cal per cup) veggie soup that is good and filling too.... Anything you can put on bread goes well on a bed of lettuce too....

That is a big goal! I have done P90X and I am doing insanity now and only have burned 1000 on a couple of occasions! I eat as much as I need to in order to feel full... that requires a good calorie burn. All that said, I like to go to bed with a couple hundred calories on the table.

I guess I am of the opinion that when it comes to politics and social behavior I teach the baseline and let me children learn from there. I consider manners, modesty, respect and kindness to be a part of the baseline of social behavior.

Maybe they will also tell us when they need to know about drugs, sex, birthcontrol and other items that we prudes used to teach our children. Modesty can be a natural trait for some, but others need to be taught. Teaching your child that the body is a good thing is done by encouraging diet and exercise not encouraging…

I drink water, black coffee and unsweetened almond milk. Sometimes with a scoop of Syntrax Nectar. Nothing else.

Betty Crocker Frosting.... I have unshackable will, until I break... and that frosting in a plastic can broke me. It sent me on a two week bender and at least five pound weight gain. Started over fresh and I am back on track but when I fall I hit the ground HARD!

Sure... hardcore exercise kicks your butt when you start out but just stick with it and you will be fine. I do P90X, and Kempo-X is about my favorite workout. I dont hate any music. I do though, have some qualifiers before it can be considered music to my ears... 1 - There must be at least one instrument (Bass, Keyboards, Drums or Guitar) that is played by a human and 2 - The lyrics must actually be sang using mostly complete sentences and contain primarily "real words"

My uneducated, unlicensed and mostly uninformed opinion is to do whatever gets your heart rate up. If you can find a good calorie in/calorie out balance you will start to lose weight. For you to get your heart in the calorie burning zone it may be something as simple as short walks. As you lose more, and get more fit over…
