Diet will help you lose weight, but only good old fashioned exercise will change your shape. Keep at it, 13 pounds is awesome and you must feel great!!

Cows milk is for baby cows. Nuts, Grains and Berrys are your friend. If it didnt grow in the ground, piss on the ground or swing in the water dont eat it. Good food does not come with a barcode and a box. :)

I grew up dirt poor and we ate mustard and sugar sandwiches. The sweetness and bitterness realy worked together.

Im going with 7 because it is my birthday and the one day I do not teach after work. The flat tire this morning, 4:00 meeting this afternoon, EMS shift tonight from 6p - 6a, 12 hour Perdiem shift tommorow though keep it from being a 10....

I still use the chair during the routine... Because I have to... When I do my "test" pullups I do it at the other end of the day (I work out in the morning) and NOT on days when I did them for an exercise... What an awesome thing pull ups are!!

On my cheat days, I eat all of my calories... on a normal day I try to leave some on the "table" I exersize 6 days.... when I want to cheat, I exercise more... like on Football Sundays... I job to burn off a few calories for corn nuts and sardines....
