Because, I have higher education and it took me 35+ years to figure out healthy eating. Indicating that someone has a lower intelligence if they do not understand proper nutrition and reaks of elitism to me. I am out of this conversation.

LOL - Yesterday I was having green olives wrapped in anchovies and the nutritional information was on the bottom... I lifted it to read the bottom and forgot it was filled with oily goodness... needless to say the resistance my blinking mechanism fealt was decreased for sure!

In a world that is a tough as ours, and kids are abused in so many other horrible ways I cannot see taking a child out of a home just because they are ignorant on good nutrition and exercise. The kid may sneak food, I know the school has a part in the food they serve. Plenty of blame to go around but not enough to break up…

I sort of do it... well.. did it for many years and maintained just fine on it but the caloric intake was high enough that combined with my lack of exercise I never lost weight. They do not all add a ton of calories. I use two types... Syntrax Nectar and Heavy Athletics Nutrition and both are 110 calories, 26g or protien with zero carbs, fat and cholestorol.

I have two... one is a cheapo $30 HRM from walmart and the other is a $20,000 lifepak ECG/Defibrilator I store in my ambulance. They both give me the same HR when I tested them.

WARNING - I AM NOT A DOCTOR OR QUALIFIED TO ANSWER THIS... But, the P90X Core Synergistics workout has a few good "standing" ab exercises that are easy on the back. Also, something I learned from other Beach Body video's are to always flex/tighten your abs doing any workout and it will help you with your abs....

I eat "So Good" Coconut milk yogurt. No dairy, low in sugar and high in fiber. And only 100 calories.
