I always stay right at my calorie goal and never go over. So ya think as long as I stay good on my calorie intake I shouldn't stress on going in the red zone on fats & carbs/sugar when they come from a healthy source?

I have my goals set to: protein 50% and carbs / fats 25%....I do eat a good amount of protein all day, after a Jay Robb protein shake with organic fruit & coconut oil added for breakfast and lunch, I'm usually at my goal for the day on carbs/ fats, so dinner & evening snack takes me over. Thanks everyone for the help! I read the links and hopefully I understood all the info correctly... TDEE=2374 or 1838 (from 2 different calc sites) BMR=1924 (light exercise) 2168 (moderate) I reset my calorie goals to 1600 instead of 1200...if that doesn't look right, please let me know :)
