  • No I don't. I'm sure I should, but honestly just trying to fit my calorie allotment is enough stress for me right now and trying to figure out how to cook for my family and track. It's easy enough to scan a smart one meal in but if I made a similar meal by scratch I suck at adding the recipe and figuring out exact…
  • I used to get these a ton in high school. They always said to increase calcium and make sure to stretch before and after workout. Hope they're better. I tend to get charley horses more then anything.
  • That's awesome and perfect motivation!- Oh shoot- I was hoping the reply action would go under the post I was talking about. This was mainly in regards to the post about cycling with her son- but we all have great reasons to start. Either way- Yay- I'm glad we have so many! I'm a much better talker about staying on track…
  • 128?!?!? WOW! That is amazing. Way to go girl. As for me, I'm really liking it so far. I have been an on and off WW girl for a few years but always ended up quitting and gaining weight back. I actually like counting calories, because I find myself choosing smarter options than WW points but I don't love that there's not…
  • After reading how those calorie free sugars are made I don't think I will use them ever again. I liked splenda a ton in the past, but I think the few extra calories are worth it. I won't go into details because I know some people love splenda but it's not for me anymore. However, I like the I can't believe it's not butter…
  • Yes, but working 5 days a week I easily go through them. I am actually bummed because I bought 20! of them last week thinking it was good with coupons, but now I still feel I need to buy more because between DH andI we have already eaten probably 7 of those. I like them quite a bit though.
  • So I ate what I normally did at Texas Roadhouse, but it made me feel sick almost immediately. It's amazing that after only a week your body can already tell you it doesn't like fried stuff. It was good, but not nearly as heavenly as I remembered. I think next time I will stick to healthy entree and treat on the buns:)
  • I'm actually a fan of a lot of frozen meals- do I eat them when I'm not dieting, No, but they're pretty yummy for when we are. I tend to buy the cheapest ones so haven't tried tons of them but here are a few I have. Smart ones- three cheese baked ziti, creamy rigatoni with chicken and broccoli, pasta with ricotta and…
  • Oh my goodness...this is me in a nutshell. I lose 5, then reward myself for 2 weeks and gain back 4. It's a horrible vicious cycle that I really need to stop.
  • I made chicken in tortillas. Nothing too creative, I suck at making yummy healthy food. cooked chicken, frozen corn, black beans and a can of rotel with a bunch of taco seasoning. Whole wheat tortillas, a little cheese and roll it all up. I had broccoli on the side while the rest of the family had Spanish rice. I honestly…
  • Have to admit it's my mom's birthday this weekend and she wants Texas Roadhouse which is literally my favorite restaurant and the best huge fatty foods. I just searched the food data base on here and it shows one delicious roll alone is 226 calories alone already. Never mind I typically have about 3 of them plus my meal.…
  • I got a ginormous bag of almonds at Sam's club for only $10 instead of $5 for a tiny can and took about 20 minutes of time to put them into snack size baggies of about 100 calories. Those are perfect for my purse and snacks while on the run.
  • Use the $1 Market Pantry Cheese coupon at Target to get light string cheese for $2.49 which is pretty good for my area anyway. Only 60 calories!
  • Hey Ladies! Brittany from the board. I am super excited to be trying this instead of WW this year. I love not spending the money, and I'm hoping we can all support each other.
