Hi! I'm 5'0" and my current weight is 155 lb. I started working with a registered dietician when I reached my high weight of 172 lb.....more than I ever weighed with either of my pregnancies. I stay between 1350-1400 calories per day and have been slowly losing 0.5-1 lb per week since May. I can't go lower than that…

Key for me is prepping the night before.....pack the gym bag, make the lunches, get the backpacks/daycare bags ready. I also sleep in my workout clothes...saves time in the…

I'm in! 37 years old. Two kids: 4 and 14 months. Would like to lose 25 lbs, but would be happy with 20. I started last week and lost 1.5 lbs so far, but can't get my badge to update on my profile.
