welcome to MFP, I get off the path regularly, I just pick it back up. We are not perfect. Don't beat yourself up over it.

how many years did it take for u to get to the weight you r now, it takes time to drop the weight just be cosistant and patient it will come off.

slow your speed down and stop before your shin hurt. Work your way up to your goal slower. if your just starting out your body is not used to the change. Give it time you will make your goal.

look at it like this, at least you woke up and was able to get out of bed to have a day like your having. Tomorrow is another day and i am sure it will better.

need to drink lots of water, it helps take the toxen out of your body, also gives you a feeling of being full which means less likely to eat when you don t need to.

i drink water when the cravings for sweets hit. Here again reward yourself once in awhile. Take a couple of bites and toss the rest away.

i find working out at home does not work. There are to many things to get you distracted. When your at the gym there are no distraction. Just about everyone at the gym is there for one reason.

keep up the good work. losing 14 lbs in 5 weeks. It can be done. Go for it. MFP is such a great tool to use. YOU CAN DO IT, STAY FOCUSED ON YOUR GOAL.

Great to meet you. I am new here 4th day, I think this site is a great tool to use. I am going to have surgery on shoulder with the next couple weeks and I knew i need to start watching my intake since i cant get to the weights for some time. Good luck and i will be looking forward to chatting with you in the future.

dont try and lose weight fast. I find when i am hungry or have that sweet tooth i will drink water. I will drink about 2 gallons of water in a day. Monitor your intake. Since your 15 dont stress over losing weight, if you monitor your food intake you will lose the weight by next summer. If you can get some strength…
