Do not ride bike to gym or due incline on treadmill on the day you work your legs.

can not believe
I have now seen it all at the gym. Yesterday while working out a woman was at the gym in a bright pink outfit, ( not the point) in her hair she had about a 3" bright pink flower, wish i got a picture. Understanding hair bands and clips to keep the hair out of the way. Come on a flower.

I am sure this has been asked before. Do HRM/cal/step give accurate readings doing resistance training?

shoulder surgery
I have dropped 15 lbs 250 to 235 since the end of Sept. I am having shoulder surgery for the second time in a year. I hope i can maintain the weight loos. I would like to get to 190 for a good starting point. may have to loose more but will know when i get to my goal weight. All i can do is cardio it is working just need…

I hope this does not come back to haunt me. I hit my goal of 235 before my shoulder surgery on Friday Dec 14th, I have been celebrating this day all day. Was it wrong for me to do this? As f 4:30 pm i am over my intake be 30 cals. I have dropped 15 lbs since the end of Sept. Yahoo

At this time i am not able to do resistant due to torn labrum, I have been doing cardio for about 4 weeks now. I am aiming to get up to burning a 1000 cals, Would this be a good thing or should i keep around 500-600?

Is there away to count the cals on juice made from a jucier (such as spinch, celery, carrots and apples) used to make juice. Any advise would be apperciated.

cardio vs fat burning
I have notice on the cardio machine that there are 2 different categories. cardio and fat burning. If i am trying to lose weight and build up my stamina which should i focus on?

Well since my shoulder surgery on Oct 27th I have put on 30 lbs, which sucks. I need to get my self back on track, CANNOT DO ANY LIFTING JUST CARDIO. Starting from scratch all over again. I made a decession that today will be that day to watch my eating habits and at least walk.

started this program awhile back, however slacked off. i had rotator cuff surgery oct 27th, since i am not going to be able to be active i need to use this system. hopefully i can succeed, i am getting heavier by the day.
