started this program awhile back, however slacked off. i had rotator cuff surgery oct 27th, since i am not going to be able to be active i need to use this system. hopefully i can succeed, i am getting heavier by the day.

I had been doing really well and fell and broke my shoulder 3 months ago. It's frustrating that I still can't resume the level of activity that I used too so I feel your pain!! Heading out to physical therapy shortly!!0

I have a rotator cuff injury, luckily not needed surgery (yet), so I haven't been able to do any upper body exercises. MFP is my saviour, lol x0
