cardio vs fat burning

I have notice on the cardio machine that there are 2 different categories. cardio and fat burning. If i am trying to lose weight and build up my stamina which should i focus on?

    I wouldn't worry too much about the settings.
    I'd do some lower intensity stuff like a steady pace for 20-30 minutes, and I'd also try to do some interval training at least once a week.

    Cardio will burn more calories and give you the bigger fat loss.

    if you don't know the machine, probably kind of hard to tell that.
