I am not a chocoholic so I will not pretend to understand it really lol..But what I do find marginally satisfying are Blue Ribbon Chocolate bars - low calorie count and you can get a pack of 10 from Iceland for a bargain. :-)

Hi, I tend to actually add my food as I go. I'm learning what to avoid, but I tend to leave about 50-60% of my allowance for dinner. It feels good when I do not need that much most days!
