try not paying attention to the scale. the more weight i lost, the slower it came off and even though that frustrated me, i was still able to see change in my body. you need to try to keep a positive attitude and keep working hard. it will pay off!

it's not up to us or anyone else except for how much weight you should lose. if you are happy with your body then you should stay there and if you're not, then keep trying to lose weight! i think you look beautiful :flowerforyou:

i try to make sure to spread mine out throughout the day because when i eat a lot of calories for one meal i get a bit freaked out! the biggest meal is always dinner for me though.

it's amazing, it's the only thing i did when i first started to lose weight and it really helped the pounds come off. it will take a few days to get used to though but all the sweat and ugly faces are completely worth it

i missed it once when i first starting loosing weight, i really just think your body is confused for a second! but it catches up :)

i really do believe that's too little, how are you not hungry!? if it's working for you, then good on you but don't be surprised if you do gain weight when you eat more.

if you really want to lose the weight, you will find a way to commit. figure out what got you started and keep that in your mind.

i rarely studied but i told people that i didn't haha no point in lying about it!

i HATED running (still do tbh) but it's helped a lot in my weight loss so i definitely recommend it. i just personally do it in slow amounts. some days i walk and do a few seconds of running and the next i just do it for a few more seconds and so on. sooner or later, it will get easier and you'll be surprised how long…

i weigh myself 2-3 times a week but only really pay attention on monday mornings. i do feel like i get discouraged if i weigh myself more than that if it goes up even if i do know that the body fluctuates. even if my weight is lower on days that are not monday, i try not to pay attention to it, i just like knowing where i…

when i get to my halfway goal i'm going to get a haircut and basically treat myself to a spa day as well as getting a gym membership. when i get to my ugw i'm going on a major shopping spree. i need clothes that fit me!

bras are feeling looser, my arms can comfortably fit into sleeves they couldn't before, my class ring is looser and strangly enough... there is this bone in my knee that i've never seen before?

whenever i didn't lose weight, i ate more than usual for a week and started losing again. it sounds like a strange thing to do, but i really think it helps!

everyone has different goals that they want to achieve. five pounds might be a lot for someone, you don't know them so let them do what they want to do.
