When I lost my first 40lbs I deserted the site, not because of selfishness or pride but because I actually plateaued and got discouraged. I finally think I've got my mojo back so I'm back to using it. Hopefully I wont abandon it again :)

I'm Dijon, I have lost 40 lbs so and am aiming for 20 more, and ultimately 20 more after that. Which will but me at 160, a place i'm pretty sure I have never been. I just joined the National Guard and really wanted to prepared for that come Jan. 14 when I g to Basic training. I need supportive people who I can call friends…

salad! grillin up some chicken tenders with ms. dash extra spicy seasoning. Cutting up some fresh lettuce and combining it with a mix of spinach and argula....good stuff!

YES! my goal is to lose 60 lbs. I started at 240 and got down to 185 (55lbs lost!) Then it got tough, the last five pounds just didn't want to budge, so I got discouraged and fell off the wagon, I am now at 195 and struggling to get back into it so I can meet my goal. Stick to it, you can do it! - Dijon

I can REALLY identify with this! At my heaviest I was at 240 (gross!), my goal is to lose 60 lbs and get to 180. I am having a difficult time staying motivating, and have no fitness partners or friends on here. I really need any type of support or encouragement to lose these last 20lbs before my anniversary on july 11.…
