I tried those. They weren't the right ones. It was a scam that SAID they were using the correct amount of raspberry Ketone. They were cashing in on Dr. Oz's show. They weren't the same things he was talking about.There is NO easy way. Eat better food & no overly processed junk. Good protein & lots of veggies/some fruit.

I understand what you are saying . But I have to agree with all these other posts. At least these people are going in the right direction. I also think you should focus on you. I'd just encourage the other people & not suggest what their goals should be.

Tomorrow I am going on vacation. It's been a while since I've been to the beach for a week. I am down 5.6 pounds in under 3 weeks. Sunday will be 3 weeks. I am hoping to be down 7 pounds or more by Sunday. That will put me at 150. I know I'll be at 152 by tomorrow morning.

Since you are working out so much , you may be losing the fat, but gaining muscle which weighs more. Did you take measurements when you started? That will tell the whole story. If you didn't measure , I'm sure you'll be able to tell when your clothes fit better. Keep up the great job.

No children. I made that choice 36 years ago. I have nephews & nieces. Furkids. 3 cats at the moment- My DH wants a dog. We'll see. they are higher maintenance. But walking is good for you. Dogs are great too. Didn't think I was made to be a Mom.

I think if you are eating REAL foods that you fix yourself w/o tons of starches, it should be OK most of the time. Not processed foods . I was crushed when I realized I hadn't brought my knitting today.;). I'm getting better. But that isn't saying a lot. I went to an Endocrynologist who helped wean me off any Meds. Things are doing much better now. I've lost over 3 pounds since Sunday. I just have to watch my diet & work out.
