I had mine removed 9 years ago. It hasn't made losing weight any harder. I can lose when I focus and try, and when I get unfocused I gain it back again. I can eat anything and haven't noticed any difference in my body from before it was removed.

My husband is 36 and has always had a desk job. He gets home from his desk job and sits in front of the TV. He is not active at all! He eats anything and everything, has never had a weight problem. He is SUPER Skinny! He eats junk junk junk. He makes me mad LOL

Eat it! As long as your at a deficit and make sure you weigh out everything so as to not overestimate the rest of your calories. Also, Id recommend finding a chocolate bar with less calories if you're eating it every day just so you have more calories leftover for good foods. Maybe you can make a personal goal to go down…

You can do this. What I would do is set small goals and give yourself rewards. Let's say you set a goal of 2 pounds per week. That is very attainable for you!
