• The moment that you finally wear clothes that actually fit and someone that has been around you a lot asks "damn, how much weight have you lost" The moment I FINALLY feel comfortable wearing my "old" clothes :) Happened this week
• Nope. Just watch what your putting on them. I eat them
• I just rocked out some great stir fry the other night. I marinated my meat in soy and worchestershire sauce, garlic and red pepper flakes. When it was done I used some corn starch to thinken it. Was YUMM
• I don't think so at all. To YOU it's garbage to others it's food. You make it sound like people that eat your "garbage" just shouldn't even bother trying to lose weight or live in a healthy environment. They will fail. That is a stupid, misguided presumption of someone's lifestyle that you don't support. Stop being mean…
• Oh my! Aren't we a little presumptious............? If you don't like it, don't eat. Don't judge others who do and tell them they are not serious about health. That is YOUR opinion, not what they are doing. Hate McDonald's all you want, but stop making people feel like they are dirt because they enjoy it. GEESH!
• This is exactly what I'm trying to tell my mother. Eat it, just don't eat it ALL at once. :) I eat normal, non diet foods. I just happen to be a veggie lover and enjoy lower cal things. If I'm going to eat a cheeseburger, it's gonna be a nice lovely greasy one and I will account for it. I do love a good turkey burger, you…

• I am like you in a lot of ways. I prefer veggies and "health" food. But that is not the norm. My mother struggles to eat a vegetable that isn't dipped in grease. She is an emotional eater and I think what the OP is saying is perfect! Not everyone can do the organic, completely heatlhy NON "normal food" every day. My mother…
• Day 5 level 1.. I have starrted ans sstoppped soo manytimes though I think I should moove to level 2
• That's awesome!
i really dont care whats in there if i go to McDonalds im not looking for a healthy meal. Thats like calling a phone sex line to chat about the weather.
• Was that to me? Yes, I have TWO of them. And I was one that had them try everything I could get them too. My kids are healthy. Yep, they get fast food. But they are both well maintained kids. They would both prefer to eat carrots and broccoli for that matter. My two year old asks for carrots all the time and he still gets…
• I guess maybe my response came off wrong. I was not saying that the mother letting her child eat chicken nuggets everyday for years was a good choice. I just get a little defensive when people look into someone else's life and tell her she failed as a parent, which is pretty extreme. She absolutely shouldn't have let that…
• Poor parenting!!! YES! That's it, thank you
• I guess what I was getting at is it was an extreme "she failed as a parent". Not that she sucked as a cook. I agree. Kids are what they are taught, but I think failed as a parent is a little harsh. But I was just asking for back up on that. It sounded to me like she wasn't sure what to do. Not that she was inattentive,…
• Potato chips. Lovely, greasy salty potato chips.............. If I get a hankering, I get some Scoops and Salsa
• Hmmm.............. Okay. So some people don't have the education or the common sense to know what is bad and what isn't and that makes them horrible parents.......... Okay........ I was just asking
• Do you really think that's it? Do you think that there is a possibilty that the kid would refuse to eat anything and that a worried parent just gave in? I think the bashing on parents can be very harsh sometimes. No one is perfect and 90% of parents do the best they can with what they have. Yes, crappy parents exist. But…
• I rarely eat the same thing twice. Breakfast: Subway Steak and Cheese on English muffin (YUM) OR Aldi's Candian Bacon, egg white and cheese sammich OR 1 egg and 1 piece of toast w/ butter Lunch varies and is usually left overs from the previous dinner but always heavy in veggies Dinner is fun different low calorie stuff My…
• I do exactly that, except I use bacon. They are fabulous!!!
• I use to vanilla creamers in my coffee in the morning. It only eats up 70 calories. I'm okay with that, I just don't eat those calories. I need my coffee............
• THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! The motivation, accountabilty and support is what I need. My S/O is very supportive but always makes excuses me for me when I don't do it. He tries to make me feel better. I need someone to kick me in the a**
• I took pics on day 1 back in Nov and have done it off and on since. I will post both before and after pics when I'm done :-)
• In Nov I was: Chest 40in Waist 34.5 Hips 40in I started at 143ish and I am 5' 4" I don't know about my arms and stuff, those are the only ones I measured
• Hello! I'm Heather. I'm 34 years old, 2 kids, 1 is 14 years old and 1 is 2  I have been with my fiance for 10ish years and we are getting married on May 27th. I've been trying to get back to my pre-kid weight, which I know will NEVER happen. But I'm okay with that. Toning is my priority since I will be flying to…
• Season the tilapia with lemmon pepper and cook it in a small amount of olive oil OR crust it with parmsean cheese and panko and bake it. It's soo good that way. Chicken is endless. Put some in a crock pot with corn, canned tomatoes, black beans and salt and pepper. Serve it over rice.
• I was on Day 8 of Level 1 and missed it 3 days in a row. GRRRR.......... I could tell a difference already. But now, in my head, I'm starting over! It helps a lot. Any type of excercise is better than none
• I had a greasy piece this morning for breakfast. Pizza can be okay. If you have choice go for thin crust and veggies.
• Endless possibilities. I use mt toaster oven almost more than my oven. Grab some low cal tortillas and make individual pizzas. For sure grab a crock pot. All day cooking without having anything to do. You can get them for $20 at Walmart. There a loads of low cal things on the web you throw in there. Try skinnytaste.com.…
