I think it depends on where you're getting your carbs from. I eat a lot of carbs but they all come from fruits, veggies and whole grain so I don't worry about them.

I really want some PB 2 to throw in my smoothies! I love my natural chocolate peanut butter from whole foods but want something healthier to put in my smoothies. Is the PB 2 good?

I start counting my day when I wake up which is usually about 4pm. But on my last night off I try to only sleep for a couple of hours and wake up around noon or one so I will be tired around ten or eleven. I have a hard time eating all my calories that day. I've wondered this too. Sometimes I leave work feeling like I've ran a marathon! I use to use my pedometer on my watch to see how many miles I walked in a 12 hr shift. Usually ended up being about 11 miles! That's about 900 calories!

I've lost 46 lbs with weight watchers! I love it. I just use this site so that I can make sure I'm getting enough protein, calcium and iron because I'm a vegetarian and I'm trying to build muscle. I feel like weight watchers encourages a healthier diet but that's just me!

I LOVE margaritas! They have a zero calorie Jose margarita mix. The one I got came with the mix and the bottle of tequila! It was pretty good!

Yep when I first got my HRM I compared it to MFP and on some things it would be way low and others it would be way high. The HRM is definitely more accurate!

I work nights. I have worked nights since last october and have lost 45 lbs! What I always do is take my lunch and snacks. I track everything that I'm going to eat and put it in my lunch box. I did this when I started losing weight. My initial goal was 130, when I got to 130 I didn't like the way I looked even though everyone told me I looked great.. So I set another goal. 125. wow I feel the exact same! I obsess over everything I eat and it has seriously taken over my life. My boyfriend says the same thing but I don't feel like I look that good. I don't know what to do about it. The thought of gaining weight makes me sick. I weigh every morning and get upset if I have even the slightest gain.

I'm not sure what it goes by but I've used it twice and compared it to my HRM and the first time it was way over and today it was way under. If you really want to know how many cals your burning get a HRM. You will love it!

I read that book three years ago and have never felt better in my life! Do a lot of research and make sure you understand what you need daily and you'll feel great! good luck!

I also do weight watchers where I don't have to track my veggies and fruit but I have been on this site. I have lost 45 lbs with weight watchers and that was without tracking any of my fruits and veggies except potatoes, corn, and avacados
