I took it for about two months and gained about 5 lbs and that was with counting cals and working out. I came off it a couple of weeks ago and the weight is gone now.

I bought the jawbone up when it first came out and I never worked right. I had it for about 3 days and then took it back and got a fitbit! I love my fitbit! But now they have the nike fuel which I want but they are pretty much sold out everywhere!

I just rejoined weight watchers 3 weeks ago because I have been slowly gaining with MFP even though I'm always under my calorie goal! I'm 5'4.5 and weigh 117. I still see myself as being fat when I look in the mirror. Not sure I'll ever get my self esteem back.. :[ not that I've ever had any because I've been overweight my whole life.

Have you ever had seitan? It's a meat substitute that has like 20g of protein for 2 oz.
