    Thanks everyone, I hope those that try it enjoy it!

    To answer some questions I saw:
    - I think it would still be very good without the sausage, just adjust sauce and veggies to get the desired consistency.
    - I bet cottage cheese would be good in this, I almost added some fat free ricotta but skipped it, I might try that next time.
    - Sodium... my recipe builder didn't give me sodium numbers but looking up info on the ingredients it looks like you'd get 877.5mg per serving. If you dropped the sausage and used just ground turkey you could cut out about half of that.
