So my calorie goal on here is 1590. I have two other apps on my phone that also count calories and was just curious to see what they would estimate my calorie goal to be. saw this on pinterest last night and just made them to take to work tonight! take whole strawberries and dip into greek yogurt and freeze for 2 hours! OMG YUM! I used chobani vanilla and added some mini chocolate chips to it! amazing!

I'm a nurse and work 3 12 hour shifts a week and am mostly on my feet doing something most of my shift. I have my activity set to sedentary because I'm off work 4 days a week. But I was just wondering if I should be eating more on the nights I work or not? Should I change my activity level on those daya or what? So…

Serving size?!
Serving sizes annoy me! I just steamed some veggies that were prepackaged. The serving size was 1 cup, 128g with about 2 per package. Ok, so I make it and then I go to weigh it out and the WHOLE package is 128g. Um what? So now that it has been cooked does the serving size change to 64g or is it still 128g?
