I like using turkey pepperoni, it tastes great and has fewer calories than regular pepperoni. I also love pinnapple on my pizza.

I love love love it. I always DVR it because I'm in class when it is on, but then I get to fast forward through all of the commercials. I absoultly adore JLo!

Day 5 went well. Got a ton of extra cardio today because I worked at the restaurant tonight. Ran around like a chicken with my head cut off for a few hours and then cleaned like mad.

It may be a little low and you may gain a little when trying to gain muscle tone, but like everyone says, its your body and your choice to what your body to look and feel like. I'm the same hieght and my goal is between 118 and 120! AS long as you are happy and healthy thats what matters

Maybe you could add a protein shake to your lunch or have a peanut butter sandwhich for snack.

Low calorie dinner Ideas. 4 oz tyson chicken breast tenderlions grilled. 100 calories 1/3 to one cup steamed veggies (no butter) 30-60 calories depending on what kind you eat One serving of fruit. Posted in this morning after I worked out with Jillian. I was gonna ride my bike but it is still a little too cold for me. For my 20 minutes of additional cardio I did some hip-hop dancing. Dancing is one of my favorite ways to work out. I think I am going to look up somewhere in town where I can take up zumba.

For breakfast I usually eat 1/2 cup of egg beaters made in the microwave, a granola bar and some fruit. It adds up to be about 220 calories depending on the type of granola bar you eat. I also love peanut butter and banana toast.

hey every one I just wanted to give an update. I've been on hcg for a week and I feel like I'm doing really good. The first couple days of the 500 calorie diet was really hard, but the last couple of days I am staying full all day long. I however did cheat on saturday.....ooopsy... and I cheated pretty bad. have you gone to the doctor to see if you have a thyroid problem. I knew someone that always ate healthy and worked out all the time but could not lose wieght. She went to the doc and had a problem with her thyroid, they treated it and she was able to lose the weight that she needed.

Im on the 26 day program. I take them for 26 days along with a pretty strict diet. then there is three weeks of a maintaning period. This diet helps teach you heathy portions and eating habits for u to use once you are off the diet so the weight doesnt come back.
