Haven't come through it, just starting the recovery process also. Not easy to ease up on the working out.

What I have read is it's not a accurate on the right arm, but flip it upside down if you do put it on the right arm. Some also wear it on their calf.

I had a Bodybugg for a long time, and upgraded to the Link. Love them both, and as my body changes so have my calorie burns so it's been nice to keep it accurate.

Thank you everyone. It's easy to get discouraged when you see these people who've lost 100lbs in a year, and it's like wow!

Oh the mortifying "when are you due?" comment, had it happen too many times. The strange one I have a friend who when asked it always snaps back with "I have a thyroid condition!!" and fake tears. She doesn't, but it makes her feel better then admitting she should lose weight.

I have been looking at dieticians and nutritionists in my area, not sure if it was worth it, but it may be time. My doctor tells me to stay the course :smile:

I am so happy to hear another person say they will not "cheat" or use terms for it. If you want a brownie, you eat the real thing. I know what my calories will be each day, if I decide I gotta have a piece of pizza that day. I know I will hit the TurboFire, treadmill, Zumba 10x as hard because that's how simple it is.…
