Quick increases in fiber intake definately cause bloat. Your body has to adjust. Id try cutting back and drinking more water.

Preach on sista! I couldnt agree more! Im especially getting irritated with all of the forum posts that objectify women and spread the mentality that women should all have bikini model bodies. Is this really what MFP is for??? I think not. btw congrats on your success so far!!

Im 28 and I get 1200 calories. I dont really consider it eating back my calories, but if I have gone over by like 50 calories I will work out extra time to get rid of that.

I like to flavor ground turkey with worcesteshire sauce or put bbq sauce on top of turkey burgers. I also bake chicken breasts, let cool then shred and cook with taco seasoning (reduced sodium seasoning). At my worst times (stressed out to the max) id easily eat a whole bag of chips..washed down with a whole container of dip. Still trying to get the emotional eating under control, but atleast the thought of that now makes me cringe.
