This person was nice enough to post a spreadsheet they use for the program. All you have to do is edit for the weights you use. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Auv3x655xA5xdFNXVENpSUEyTkhsWFVROGIyUkQtTlE#gid=3

I know the jury is still out on the BEST (if it exists) way to calculate calories burned while lifting. I found this article on Livestrong.com http://www.livestrong.com/article/338469-how-to-calculate-calories-burned-weight-lifting/ Keep posting should you all find other tools! :)

I went there and sadly my searching skills are horrible today. Any assistance you can provide would be great! I'd like to write things down vs using my phone. I use my phone to listen to music! :)

This a great program! Congratulations.

I had a great workout beforehand too and started nibbling on the food early rather than late. I drank a lot of water to keep me feeling full. I didn't go over on calories, but I did on sodium.

I bought new bottoms. I like working out in fitted capris. I quickly realized that I don't like working out in pants. I have yet to try shorts though. I'll eventually try a fitted pair. I don't want to have to worry about them riding up...lol.

Hey folks, I'm new here! Yay me! I don't have a goal weight in mind. I just know I'm close. I need to work on changing the look of my body. I'd like to build more muscle tone. I know this may actually involve gaining weight! Which I am totally cool with as long as I get to the result I have in my head. :)

I have the FT4 and love it. Be sure to wet the sensors before each use. :)

People may not want to say anything for fear that it wasn't intentional or they may not want to come off as appearing judgemental of the size you once were. But good for you!
