I snack on peanuts, celery with either peanut butter or low fat cream cheese, Atkins bars (they are pretty good and most have chocolate and peanuts!) I chew LOTS of gum as well... plus when I get the urge to eat I down a glass of cold water (it does wonders!) hope this helps!! :-)

I have 2 boys ages 4 1/2 and 15 months. I am a SAHM but I also watch 2 other children during the day! Staying fit is hard when working and having children. I have now found myself working out once they are in bed! Add me if you would like.. I would love to help motivate!

Quitting is one of the hardest things I have ever done! (although i believe that losing weight is harder) I quit Dec 10th 2006 using the patch, after being on it for 2 weeks I had decided I had enough and went cold turkey! Gosh I have many areas lol but my main one is my belly (2 ten pound kids and not eating well) I have been running and doing exercise videos...let's hope it helps soon!! :happy:
