For me it doesn't matter how hard I work and how well I eat. I will never have 6 pack abs! Even when I was 10 years younger a 4 pack is as good as it got!

What is your trouble area???

    I am able to flatten it out a bit. And my abs are strong and there. Just can't seem to get lean enough to make them show. Pretty annoying lol

    Muffin tops! They never want to go away, I really really big hips which doesn't help, the fat just sort of sits on top of them :(

    The love handles are a problem. The exercises you need to do to get rid of them stink!

    Gosh I have many areas lol but my main one is my belly (2 ten pound kids and not eating well) I have been running and doing exercise videos...let's hope it helps soon!! :happy:

    I always wonder how people with washboard abs do it. I mean they can't be eating anything other then all healthy food and they must do massive amounts of cardio and ab workouts.

    Take your pick. I don't know about other women, but I mainly want to lose from stomach/love handles, but do not want to lose my breasts or behind :(

    If u ask the Mods its my.mouth (or my mind)

    But for me its my stomach...my arms, shoulders, chest and legs r good, but I have 20 to 25 lbs of fat left on my stomach and its hard to move it out.

    My butt, the area right below my booty. It seems no matter how hard I work out, what I eat or don't eat this area does not look better. (A little smaller, but not any tighter)
