My trainer has us doing one "cheat meal" a week. She stresses that it should not be a day long feist, and preferrably at lunch time so you can burn off the calories. For me I can't do it. I have too hard a time coming back after it. Especially after 8 days of no power and eating junk. Good luck.

I have issues with low blood sugar so I ALWAYS snack before bed. I typically do an apple w all natural pb.

I honestly go over protein EVERY day. IF you are doing hardcore workout you need the protein to rebuild muscles. My trainer has my protein requirement at like 90-100 grams/day. Try taping your arches. It should help. I had it for a while and the PT introduced me to taping and it's made a HUGE difference.

Thank you :D I tend to take the bull by the horns and run with it. I'm honestly struggling a tad right now because of the cold it's hard for me to want to go out after the girls are asleep to exercise.

I think it's probably more then an inch just difference is how they're measuring and the fact that my fat is moving up/shrinking so there may be a wider part of my flab there now. I see the hugest difference in my waist and ars.

I won't get measured again until week 10, but I had only lost an inch per the tape measure, but I see a huge difference. I lost about 3 inches in the chest, 3 inches in thighs, 1/2 inch in neck, and 1 inch in waist, so down 7.5 inches in week 5.

Thanks :D I have 3 more weeks in the program, but I'm also going back to Tae Kwon Do on Tuesday. I now can run the mile in 12 min 27 seconds, just a few seconds shy of 4 minutes faster. I feel amazing and can play with my children uninhibited. I look forward to being back to my prepregnancy wt and less!

I've had 8 surgeries on my left ankle and knee surgery. You'd be surprised what you are capable of :D BTW breast reduction is AWESOME my life is way better now.

Thanks it is VERY encouraging. The scale has had me down in the dumps for the last two weeks, but my fitness level has me on cloud nine. I "ran" the mile on 14th and barely made it 1/4 of 4 and 3/4 laps that made up the mile. I can't wait to do it again at week 5 and see how my time improved!

worst...hasn't happened yet, going to Rita's for a gelati...maybe still trying to think of a healthy alternative dying for sweets best...was agile enough to protect my 6 month old from hitting the road when I tripped over my 2 yr old...my knee and elbow are torn up to hell but baby is scratch free :)
