Have you ever heard of Better 'N' Peanut Butter? They sell jars of it at Trader Joe's, and 2 TBSP is only 100 calories! AND it actually tastes like peanut butter, not that fake PB flavor other brands make. I realize as I'm typing this that I sound like a commercial, but it really is good!
