Eye of the Tiger.....I mean what's better than motivation from Rocky?

This one came on yesterday while I was running and totally helped me run a little more even though I didn't want to at ALL.

    Cake- Going the Distance
Beastie Boys- the song "you can't, you wont, don't stop"! I don't know the name but I say it repeatedly when I run :-)

My long-time favorite songs to run/workout to:

    Separate Ways - Journey
Return of Salieri - Warmen (Well, ANY of the Salieri songs to be honest)
Every Little Thing - Ra (Cover of an original by Police)
Into the Moonlight - Dream Evil
When I Grow Up - ***** Cat Dolls
    Hey Ya - Outkast

Anything fast with a hard beat. It helps a lot if there is killer guitar involved.

Absolute, number 1 motivator song for me is Metallica's For Whom the Bell Tolls.

Methinks this thread might inspire me to go make a couple playlists to run to. Usually I just shuffle all or run to Podrunner's pod cast (tonite was an hour of 160 BPM techno trance music. Good stuff!).

Anything by New Politics, Beastie Boys, or Toadies. Although I did have a pretty mellow Liam Finn song come on one day that kept me going, "The Music Moves My Feet". Perfect timing on that one! :)

Almost anything by A7X makes me push a million times harder, especially Afterlife and Unholy Confessions.
