Can someone please explain to me how to post a picture on the forums? I really want to post my progress pics (met my original major goal today :] ) any help is very very much appreciated!

    Upload your pic to photobucket, tinypic, ect. Copy the img code, paste the code in your post, and then change the capital IMG to lowercase img.
